ScoreMax provides enterprise examination, assessment creation, CBT simulation, OMR evaluation, and AI-powered analytics tools for coaching institutes, schools, and educators.
2. 30-Day Free Trial Terms
New registered institutes receive 30 days of full Enterprise access. No credit card is required to initiate the trial. Users may upgrade or cancel at any time.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized API access, or transmit spam or illegal content through WhatsApp or Email messaging tools.
4. WhatsApp Business Messaging
Institutes may connect their own WhatsApp Business Account to ScoreMax through Meta's Embedded Signup and use ScoreMax to send and receive WhatsApp messages, run message campaigns and manage enquiries.
- Meta's terms apply.By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account, the Institute accepts Meta's WhatsApp Business terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and is responsible for complying with them.
- Meta's fees are separate.Meta charges the Institute directly for WhatsApp messages, through the payment method the Institute adds to its own WhatsApp Business Account. These charges are not part of, and are not collected through, ScoreMax's fees. ScoreMax charges only for its own software and services, as shown on the Billing page.
- Consent is the Institute's responsibility. The Institute may message only people who have agreed to be contacted, must honour opt-out requests, and must not send spam, misleading content or anything unlawful. ScoreMax records opt-outs and stops promotional messages to numbers that have opted out.
- Misuse.ScoreMax may pause messaging for an Institute whose use breaches these terms or Meta's policies, or that puts the Institute's number or ScoreMax's access at risk.
- Disconnecting. An Institute may disconnect its WhatsApp account at any time; its number and account remain its own.
